On this day June 29, 1970

On this day June 29th 1970 U.S. troops pulled out of Cambodia and returned to south Vietnam. During this two month mission that involved 30,000 troops, 354 Americans were killed. Over 1600 troops were injured. This mission was required to clear out North Vietnam sanctuaries.

It is a must that we never forget what sacrifices, our troops have done for us as well as millions of people they don’t know in countries that some of them never heard of. God Bless our troops, veterans, and their family members.
